The Website is owned and operated by House of Al Izzah Trading L.L.C. SP, Trade Licence No. 935207, with its registered office at Shop No. 2, Building 6006, Al Jada, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 37415.
By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on the Website.
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

2. Age Requirement
By placing an order through this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
Product images are provided for illustration purposes only.Actual colours, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from those displayed on your device.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is accepted when we send you an orderconfirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders due to productunavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or legalrequirements.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in AED and include VAT unlessstated otherwise.

We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, or postal orders.
Products must be paid for before dispatch.
6. Delivery
We deliver throughout all Emirates of the UAE.
Delivery options:
• Next-Day Delivery – AED 22
• Same-Day Delivery – AED 35 (for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE
time and subject to availability)
• Free Next-Day Delivery on orders of AED 200 or more
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are generally eligible for next-day delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We arenot responsible for delays caused by incorrect details supplied by thecustomer.
7. Ownership and Risk
Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery.Ownership transfers only when full payment has been received.
8. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery providedthey are:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In a resalable condition
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned unless they are faulty,damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14business days after inspection and approval.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product,please contact us promptly at info@houseofizzah.ae and provide your ordernumber and supporting photographs where possible.
10. Allergy and Product Use Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredientsbefore use.
House of Izzah shall not be liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities,misuse, improper storage, negligence, or unauthorized modification of productsexcept where required by applicable law.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers may place orders as guests or create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accountcredentials and all activities conducted under your account.
12. Personal Information and Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, payments,customer service requests, and marketing communications where consent has beenprovided.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Izzah shallnot be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, orbusiness-related losses including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Our products are supplied for personal use only.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including text, images,graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, and software, is owned by Houseof Izzah or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without priorwritten consent.

16. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve theright to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders affected bystock or pricing errors. Where payment has already been received, a full refundwill be issued.
17. Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Once a delivery has been confirmed as delivered to theaddress provided by the customer, House of Izzah shall not be responsible forany subsequent loss, theft, or damage.
18. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused byevents beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, governmentalactions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, pandemics, internetoutages, or supplier failures.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United ArabEmirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Sharjah.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subjectto the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
