House of Izzah currently delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Next-Day Delivery – AED 22 per order
Available across the UAE
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are generally eligible for next-day delivery
Same-Day Delivery – AED 35 per order
Available for eligible locations only
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM UAE time
Subject to courier availability

Free Next-Day Delivery on orders of AED 200 or more.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery providedthey are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalablecondition.

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned unless they are faulty,damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and aretypically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
